I offer one on one services to to help you meet your nutrition goals related to:
- Adult and Adolescent Weight Management,
- Sports/Performance Nutrition,
- General Nutrition/Wellness/Healthy Eating, and
- Heart Health.
Initial Nutrition Consult – 1 hour – $90
This first appointment allows me to get to know you through evaluation of your health history, lifestyle, dietary habits, and other relevant information. Your nutrition needs are as unique as you are, which makes the getting to know you part very important. To make the most of our time together, I will email you a form to fill out and send back to me before our session. The session also includes nutrition goal setting with appropriate recommendations and information based on your nutrition concerns.
Follow-up Consults – 30 minutes – $40
These sessions can be booked following an initial nutrition assessment. Follow-up sessions are based on your goals, and focus on your progress and continuing needs. We can also focus on a specific topic such as:
- Meal planning
- Food preparation
- Grocery shopping
- Eating healthy on a budget
- Healthy recipe substitutions
- Pantry makeover
- Healthy eating out
- Eating on the go
Email Follow-up – $15 / week
This option allows for long-term follow-up of your progress. You send me your questions or food and activity logs and I offer feedback to help to continue to progress toward your goals.
Weight Loss Program – 12 weeks – $450
- Initial Nutrition Consult
- 2 15-minute Follow-up Consults per week via Skype which will include review of food and activity logs as well as progress toward goals
- Access to Email Follow-up
- Weekly meal ideas and recipe suggestions
