Weekend Reading: Diets – Popular, Science-Supported, Celebrity-Endorsed, How to Choose a Good One

I’m taking a social media class which means I get to learn a lot of cool things.

You can click on it for more info, but basically, it’s a graph that shows Google searches for “diet” over the past 10 years. Every spike you see is in January – when people evidently want to lose weight for the new year.

It turns out that a lot of people are talking about diets this month too, so if you’re looking for a new diet, here’s some inspiration:
